About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python and design UI features with React.js for market-leading technology products.
- Design and implement AWS-based microservices and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, conduct code reviews, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Strong proficiency in Python with backend frameworks (Flask/Django) and experience in AWS microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Thorough understanding and experience with React.js and popular workflows like Redux or Flux.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer skilled in both backend Python services and frontend React development in an agile delivery environment.
- Comfortable working within AWS cloud environments implementing microservices with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
- Proficient at integrating AI-assisted coding tools responsibly to enhance team productivity and maintain secure, high-quality codebases.
