About This Role
- Design, develop, and improve custom software components focusing on SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Lead and manage a team, making key decisions and mentoring junior members.
- Drive process improvements to boost team productivity and coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting with strong knowledge of cost controlling and financial accounting principles in SAP.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing custom enhancements and reports in SAP CO modules.
- Must be available for onsite work in Mumbai with immediate joining or up to 15 days notice period.
- Minimum 15 years full-time education required.

- Experienced SAP CO SME comfortable leading and coordinating across multiple teams with decision-making authority.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into software solutions within SAP environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting SAP CO configurations and customizing solutions under agile frameworks in a contract role environment.
