About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, highly available Linux platforms including on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
- Administer and optimize IBM Spectrum Scale (GPFS) for distributed storage with focus on performance and reliability.
- Deploy and enhance OpenShift/Kubernetes container platforms ensuring secure, efficient application delivery and platform modernization.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Linux system engineering and administration.
- Proven expertise with IBM Spectrum Scale (GPFS) including deployment and tuning.
- Strong experience managing OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters.
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools such as Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform.

- Experienced senior Linux engineer capable of technical leadership and influencing architectural decisions in complex environments.
- Strong background in system performance tuning, security hardening, and high-availability architectures.
- Comfortable leading cross-team collaborations and mentoring engineers while driving infrastructure strategy.
