About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, production-grade full-stack applications using React, Next.js, NestJS, AWS, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Own end-to-end feature delivery including frontend, backend, APIs, event-driven services, testing, observability, and AI integrations, adhering to Golden Path engineering standards.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude, Cursor, Codex to accelerate development while ensuring quality, security, and maintainability through engineering judgment and validation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in full-stack software engineering or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, TypeORM, AWS SQS and SNS, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and observability tools like OpenTelemetry.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) and modern software development practices including CI/CD, Git, Agile/Scrum.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack engineer comfortable with cloud-native microservices and event-driven architectures in AWS ecosystem.
- Proficient in integrating and validating AI-assisted engineering tools to enhance delivery without compromising software quality and security.
- Operates with high ownership and discipline following standardized Golden Path/platform engineering practices for production-ready applications.
