About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript) backend services and secure multi-tenant REST/JSON APIs consumed by web frontends and internal services.
- Model and evolve core domain entities including boards, lanes, work items, WIP rules, permissions, and cross-team connections.
- Improve performance, reliability, observability, and integrate backend services with data storage and analytics layers; write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of backend engineering experience building web or SaaS products.
- Strong Node.js skills and experience designing clean API boundaries.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed system basics.
- Experience working in agile teams and collaborating across time zones.

- Backend engineer comfortable with Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript in a SaaS product environment.
- Experienced in building secure, multi-tenant REST/JSON APIs with a focus on performance and reliability.
