About This Role
- Own and operate the Leena AI agentic AI platform deployment to automate HR, IT, and employee support workflows at enterprise scale.
- Design, implement, and maintain custom MCP connectors and integrations with core enterprise platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
- Monitor platform performance, security, and compliance; provide technical leadership and stakeholder engagement including presentations, workshops, and mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of IT experience in systems administration, integration engineering, or conversational AI platform ownership.
- Strong expertise with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent API integrations and OAuth 2.0 authentication mechanisms.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience integrating SaaS applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO), and SAML; familiarity with HRIS/ITSM platforms like Workday and ServiceNow.

- Experienced individual contributor skilled in end-to-end platform ownership combining engineering, integration, configuration, and operational monitoring.
- Comfortable working autonomously with strong stakeholder engagement, translating business needs to scalable AI-driven workflow automations.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, drive platform roadmap growth, and mentor junior engineers in platform engineering best practices.
