About This Role
- Design, build, troubleshoot, and deliver native Android end-to-end features and support iOS feature maintenance.
- Own production health including crash/ANRs/performance/auth issue investigation, OS/dependency upgrades, and low-downtime releases.
- Leverage AI-assisted software development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and contribute reusable patterns to the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software development experience with significant native Android work.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack components (ViewModel, Lifecycle, Navigation), Compose, DI and networking (Hilt, Retrofit).
- Working knowledge of Swift, Xcode, SwiftUI/UIKit for iOS development and code review.
- Experience using AI-assisted software development tools with validated secure coding practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building secure, high-quality mobile apps within regulated domains like banking or financial services.
- Strong expertise in Android architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVI) with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Capable of integrating mobile solutions with backend RESTful services and improving operational stability through automation and monitoring.
