About This Role
- Design and develop scalable automation frameworks and automated test suites for functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end network testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cycles.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance test case generation, anomaly detection, predictive defect analysis, and develop AI-driven tools for network test data analysis and visualization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience with at least 7 years strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go for test automation and tool development.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Robot Framework, pytest, Selenium, and Postman.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures (TCP/IP, IP/MPLS, Routing & Switching, SDN/NFV, 4G/5G) and experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating automation within CI/CD pipelines in complex network system environments.
- Skilled in leveraging AI/ML techniques for intelligent automation and network data analysis.
- Deep understanding of carrier-grade, cloud-native network products and ability to collaborate across development, product, and QA teams for timely defect resolution and test strategy contribution.
