About This Role
- Lead one or more agile software engineering teams developing core cloud platform services powering compute infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Own delivery of committed features, mentor team members, manage direct reports’ performance, career growth and administrative tasks.
- Partner with architects and senior leaders to drive platform scalability, reliability, operational efficiency, and developer productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related with 8+ years experience OR advanced degree with 6+ years experience.
- Proven engineering leadership experience managing direct reports in agile scrum environments.
- Deep hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong programming expertise in Python or similar for infrastructure/platform engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Engineering leader experienced in building and operating large-scale cloud-native platforms or distributed infrastructure systems.
- Experienced at cross-team technical influence and delivering cloud infrastructure automation using APIs, SDKs, Infrastructure as Code, serverless/event-driven architectures.
- Comfortable leading teams in fast-paced, agile cloud platform development environments focused on multi-cloud architecture and operational excellence.
