About This Role
- Lead small teams of developers to deliver production-grade web applications focused on manufacturing efficiency and digital transformation.
- Combine hands-on full-stack development (Node.js, React, TypeScript, Django, Python) with technical leadership, ensuring code quality, architectural integrity, and alignment with platform standards.
- Drive Agile delivery processes, AI-augmented development using Claude Code, continuous integration/deployment, automation, and collaboration with Product Owners for backlog and sprint planning.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on coding skills in Node.js, React, TypeScript, Django, and Python.
- Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Git, cloud infrastructure, and working in serverless/microservices environments.
- Experience leading development teams and managing end-to-end delivery in Agile environments, including use of AI-augmented development tools (Claude Code).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer comfortable in both leadership and hands-on coding roles in complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity and proven expertise with AI-augmented software development workflows and DevOps automation.
- Skilled at balancing technical delivery, code quality, and stakeholder collaboration within Agile teams focused on digital product development and cloud-native architectures.
