About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and APIs.
- Own backend architecture, technical implementation, system reliability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers while contributing to engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Backend Engineering or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, API integrations, caching, and performance optimization.
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; Full-time role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with distributed systems including microservices, event-driven architectures, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts such as data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and large-scale data processing.
- Knowledge of platform engineering, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
