About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for diverse network testing including functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Develop automated test suites using Python, Java, or Go and integrate these into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and accelerated release cycles.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to generate intelligent test cases, perform anomaly detection, predictive defect analysis, and develop AI-driven network test data analysis and visualization tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience in network test automation development.
- 7+ years of strong programming experience in Python, Java, or Go for test automation and tool development.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, pytest, Selenium, and Postman, and understanding of network protocols and architectures (TCP/IP, IP/MPLS, Routing & Switching, SDN/NFV, 4G/5G).
- Experience using CI/CD tools and DevOps practices like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level engineer with extensive experience in network protocols and scalable test automation frameworks targeting carrier-grade, cloud-native products.
- Proficient in developing automated test suites integrated into continuous deployment environments, capable of leveraging AI/ML for intelligent testing and predictive analytics.
- Able to collaborate effectively with development, product, and QA teams to influence test strategy, code quality, and defect resolution.
