About This Role
- Lead and scale an India-based delivery team specializing in Data Security Posture Management, Data Loss Prevention, Privacy Operations, and enterprise data governance technologies.
- Own technical delivery of enterprise data governance and protection implementations in multi-cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring operationalization and integration with security and IT ecosystems.
- Drive client engagements including technical assessments, architecture reviews, governance maturity evaluations, and translating regulatory/privacy requirements into scalable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Protection, DSPM, DLP, Privacy Operations, Cybersecurity Engineering, GRC Technology, or Technology Consulting.
- Hands-on or advisory experience with governance and protection technologies such as BigID, Securiti, Microsoft Purview, OneTrust, ServiceNow, Varonis, Symmetry Systems, Cyera, Zscaler, or Microsoft DLP.
- Experience leading technical workstreams and supporting offshore/global delivery models; prior consulting experience strongly preferred (Big 4 or cybersecurity consulting firms).
- Work Experience Required: 5–8 years of relevant domain experience.

- Experienced in managing and mentoring technical teams in offshore delivery models focused on complex regulated enterprise environments.
- Strong in both strategic governance design and hands-on technical execution including implementation of data protection and privacy technology stacks.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders including cybersecurity, privacy, cloud, infrastructure, and governance leaders in client-facing consulting roles.
