About This Role
- Take ownership for smooth execution and commercial closure of assigned projects from CORB stage onward.
- Manage project constraints including cost, time, scope, and quality to maximize benefits and minimize risks.
- Coordinate internal teams (engineering, quality, purchasing, production, shipping, finance) and liaise with customers for contract fulfilment and project progress reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, or Metallurgy discipline required.
- 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (IFS/SAP knowledge desired) and MS Office; MS Project knowledge desirable.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 20% of the time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in project financial monitoring, cost control, revenue planning and billing processes within engineering or industrial projects.
- Capable of effective cross-functional coordination and customer communication for project progress and documentation management.
- Certification in PMP or commitment to obtain within 1 year indicates strong project management discipline and methodology adherence.
