About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions focused on enterprise sales acceleration and business transformation in BFSI.
- Develop and optimize machine learning models for risk assessment, fraud detection, customer intelligence, and hyper-personalization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate AI/ML experiments into scalable production-ready solutions delivering measurable business value.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning, preferably in BFSI or data-rich industries.
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Python and experienced with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; based in Chennai with flexibility to travel.

- Experienced in applying AI/ML to solve complex business problems with measurable outcomes, especially in BFSI or similar data-rich domains.
- Skilled in productizing AI models from concept to scalable, production-ready systems.
