About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and deployment of internal production-grade Next.js/React web applications driven by AI coding agents.
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems including SSO (Cognito, Entra), Microsoft Graph, shared databases, and AWS cloud AI services, ensuring reliability and security.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, container deployments, production debugging, and documentation to maintain smooth operation and iteration based on real usage.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- 5-6 years of relevant full-stack web development experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, REST APIs.
- Experience with enterprise authentication protocols (OAuth/OIDC, SSO integrations), AWS cloud fundamentals including IAM, ECS, and CloudFormation.
- Fluency in AI-assisted development, specifically directing AI coding agents to build and verify production software; ability to debug complex system and infrastructure issues.

- Capable of independently owning both product building and ownership from concept through production without formal specifications or a dedicated team.
- Experienced in fast iterative development cycles with production testing and live debugging using real system behavior rather than theoretical assumptions.
- Skilled at strategically navigating infrastructure and permission-related blockers by identifying when to escalate vs. self-resolve, ensuring momentum on delivery.
