About This Role
- Own end-to-end processing and coordination of assigned orders, ensuring timely delivery despite logistical challenges.
- Manage communication and alignment with Campus Managers, Clients, Vendors, and Decorators for order timelines and execution.
- Contribute to logistics campaigns that affect millions in revenue, focusing on cost reduction and profit margin improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in Operations or Logistics.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Work Location: Remote; Work hours: Either 10 AM - 7 PM EST or 2 PM - 11 PM EST.
