About This Role
- Own end-to-end processing of assigned custom apparel orders ensuring on-time, accurate delivery.
- Resolve logistical challenges per order, coordinating timelines between campus managers, clients, vendors, and decorators.
- Optimize cost, turnaround time (target 5 days versus standard 10), and profit margins for orders contributing to multi-million dollar revenue campaigns.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-6 years experience in Operations or Logistics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills under tight timelines without direct supervision.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Work mode: Remote with fixed shift timings either 10 AM-7 PM EST or 2 PM-11 PM EST.
