About This Role
- Manage and resolve production incidents and operational issues for Levi Strauss & Co.'s Retail Technology platforms to minimize business impact.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance platform reliability, stability, and service performance.
- Drive automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts to increase operational efficiency and supportability.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Application Reliability, Infrastructure Operations, Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering, or Retail Technology environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with Retail Platforms and Store Technology such as Xstore, Xoffice, Point of Sale, ORCE, MPOS, RFID, Omnichannel, Retail Store Systems, Network, and Infrastructure.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, India (Full-time role).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting enterprise applications and infrastructure in a global production environment with strong incident and problem management skills.
- Skilled with monitoring, observability, automation tools including scripting, Python, CI/CD, New Relic, and AIOps.
- Familiar with Reliability Engineering processes (Incident, Problem, Change, SRE) and Security & Governance frameworks like ITIL, Security, Compliance, and Risk.
