About This Role
- Own technical direction and delivery for a portfolio of software products and services enabling merchants to access Amazon's fulfillment capabilities across sales channels.
- Lead architecture, engineering roadmap, and execution for distributed systems integrating with Amazon fulfillment and supply chain platforms to deliver reliable merchant-facing workflows.
- Build and develop a high-performing engineering team, manage operational performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to align product and technical priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of engineering team management experience and a total of 7+ years in software engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven experience with full software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding standards, testing, source control, and live site operations.
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams to deliver software that meets customer needs.
