About This Role
- Process payments using BACS, CHAPS, and journals accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Handle high levels of client interactions, query resolution, and communication with external parties.
- Support compliance with service level agreements, escalate issues, and mentor junior staff as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Management/Administration or related field.
- Knowledge or experience with investment assets (equities, fixed income, mutual funds, alternatives, derivatives, foreign securities, ETFs).
- Preferred knowledge of Global Plus system and CISI-IOC certification; exposure to audits and risk/control frameworks.

- Experienced in managing client queries and building relationships with onshore counterparts.
- Capable of identifying process improvements, implementing strong controls, and ensuring SLA adherence.
- Skilled in handling compliance, risk, and operational efficiency within a financial services back-office environment.
