About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Adobe Marketo Engage campaigns including requirement intake through production deployment.
- Oversee project timelines, dependencies, risks, and SLAs for multiple concurrent campaigns ensuring timely campaign execution and quality assurance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business/Marketing, Development, QA, CRM) and manage integrations with Salesforce/Dynamics CRM and APIs for seamless marketing automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage, including campaign configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects/campaigns with strict SLAs and stakeholder communication.
- Must work from Ambattur, Chennai office 5 days a week (On-site requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical project management specifically within marketing automation using Adobe Marketo Engage and CRM integrations.
- Proficient in using project management and workflow tools like Workfront or JIRA.
- Demonstrated ability to handle critical campaign prioritization, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate across technical and business teams under strict deadlines.
