About This Role
- Lead and manage the capital markets operations team focusing on asset servicing, syndication trade booking and reconciliation, and processing principal/agent activities.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of cash and positions across funds, coordinate with Treasury for wire requests, and resolve cash breaks efficiently.
- Drive process improvements, maintain operational controls, collaborate with global teams, and oversee UAT and system integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets Operations, Asset Servicing, or Loan Servicing roles.
- Strong knowledge of revolving credit facilities, loan syndication, fixed income products, and cash-break reconciliation.
- Proficiency with systems such as Advent Geneva, ClearPar, Markit, Allvue (Everest), and advanced Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in multinational financial services organizations or private equity environments, preferably with knowledge of Direct Lending, Mezzanine, CLOs, and Asset-Backed Financing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global locations with strong escalation and communication skills.
- Focus on operational excellence, risk identification and mitigation, and delivering high-quality, consistent outputs under SLA requirements.
