About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Marketing Cloud Intelligence projects including platform enhancements, brand onboarding, analytics solutions, and deployments.
- Manage project scope, resources, timelines, risks, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, quality deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and use Agile metrics to drive data-driven project execution and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years of project management experience in analytics, consulting, or enterprise software.
- Proficiency in Scrum, Agile, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus but not mandatory; Work Experience Required: 7-10 years explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile coaching and driving Agile maturity and organizational transformation within cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align diverse teams towards project objectives.
- Familiar with Agile metrics and backlog management to optimize planning, forecasting, and delivery efficiency.
