About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based software applications focused on Video, Audio, Automotive, and Sports metadata solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship new features ensuring performance, quality, and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and participate in the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in software development, proficient in Java (or related languages like Python, C++, SCALA, GoLang).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and event-driven architectures.

- Experienced in designing platform-first scalable architectures prioritizing consistency and reliability.
- Strong programming skills with a focus on clean, maintainable code and test-driven development practices.
