About This Role
- Own the programming, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of backend software systems using Java, Springboot, Cloud services, Kafka, Postgres, Cassandra, and legacy technologies such as JCL, Cobol, DB2, and Vsam.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to enhance development efficiency, code quality, and support development/integration of AI-enabled components or intelligent agents under guidance.
- Research and propose technical solutions including AI-based and automation-driven approaches to meet evolving business needs, and support quality assurance and productivity metric reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficient in Java, Springboot, Cloud services, Kafka, Postgres, Cassandra; familiarity with JCL, Cobol, DB2, Vsam is required.
- Basic understanding of software engineering concepts and object-oriented programming.
- Foundational exposure to AI concepts and AI-assisted development tools is a plus but not mandatory.

- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to drive productivity improvements and quality enhancements.
