About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance software features and modules.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to software engineering teams, including code reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute hands-on to coding efforts and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product and design teams on technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience designing scalable, secure distributed systems and familiarity with Agile, TDD, CI/CD methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex software development projects with operational responsibility for code quality and technical architecture.
- Technical expertise that includes cloud-based solutions, microservices, API design, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Prior exposure to healthcare technology domain is a plus but not mandatory.
