About This Role
- Lead and own end-to-end execution of complex embedded software development projects.
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder communication, and governance across globally distributed engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of overall experience in software engineering and project management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related discipline.
- Mandatory location: Chennai with hybrid work model; client requires 3 days in-office work.
- Notice period: Immediate joiners to maximum 3 weeks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience managing embedded software projects in Industrial Automation or related domains, preferably with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) or similar embedded products.
- Strong technical understanding of embedded systems, real-time systems, embedded C programming, and industrial control systems.
- Proven leadership skills managing cross-functional and globally distributed engineering teams using Agile project management practices.
