About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex embedded software development projects, ensuring delivery within quality, cost, and timeline commitments.
- Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and resources while coordinating with globally distributed engineering teams and key stakeholders.
- Drive Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement to maintain project health and transparency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and project management with proven complexity in embedded software projects.
- Location requirement: Chennai mandatory with hybrid work mode including 3 days onsite at client location.
- Notice period: Immediate joiners to maximum 3 weeks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience managing embedded software development, ideally involving Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) or industrial control systems.
- Strong technical understanding of embedded systems, embedded C programming, real-time systems, and software-hardware integration.
- Proven track record in Agile delivery, program governance, stakeholder management, and leading globally distributed engineering teams.
