About This Role
- Support 24/7 technology monitoring and incident response, focusing on analysis and escalation of alerts from SIEM and other monitoring tools.
- Assist in incident identification, prioritization, impact assessment, and timely incident management to minimize financial and reputational risks.
- Contribute to process documentation, runbook development, monitoring solution creation, and communication of technical and operational reports to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years experience in NOC, SOC, or operational environment with exposure to ServiceNow, Splunk, and monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Dynatrace.
- At least 1 cloud certification: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Cloud Digital Leader.
- Full-time in-office work with shift flexibility to support 24/7 operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced operational analyst skilled in IT monitoring, incident response, and using SIEM and monitoring tools within a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working within structured incident management frameworks and collaborating with technical experts to develop monitoring solutions.
- Able to communicate technical and operational information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
