About This Role
- Define and execute the global QA strategy, including quality metrics and testing roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Own end-to-end release management for enterprise AI products, handling delivery schedules, risk assessment, and CI/CD pipeline governance.
- Lead and mentor a team of SDETs and QA engineers while establishing engineering best practices and driving automation for robust test frameworks including ML model testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in release management and governance for enterprise SaaS or Cloud platforms.
- Strong technical expertise in test automation frameworks using tools like Python, Selenium, PyTest, Cypress, and API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and Agile delivery models.

- Experienced leader capable of strategic QA vision and effective team mentorship in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong domain knowledge in enterprise AI/ML platforms and unstructured data pipeline testing.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and leadership to ensure quality delivery under complex release cycles.
