About This Role
- Establish governance and strategic roadmap over Supply Chain Planning and Production landscape using SAP IBP, ePPDS, SCM7/APO.
- Own Manufacturing IT strategy and portfolio, ensuring alignment of business requirements with technology solutions globally.
- Lead cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams to deliver manufacturing programs and projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT and/or Supply Chain Management involving deployment of business planning and manufacturing systems.
- Deep knowledge and experience with SAP IBP, SAP SCM/APO, SAP S/4HANA, and integration with SAP QM, EWM, and SD.
- Strong experience in project portfolio management including governance and delivery of strategic initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading global transformation programs and managing cross-cultural, remote teams in Manufacturing IT and Supply Chain Planning.
- Strong ability to translate business strategies into scalable technology solutions using SAP planning and ERP platforms.
- Skilled in stakeholder management across global and cross-functional teams, ensuring program delivery aligned with business goals.
