About This Role
- Manage financial functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger for the KL BSO team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer metrics and ensure compliance with policies and SOX requirements.
- Complete monthly financial closing activities accurately and timely while supporting service delivery and maintaining SLAs and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Finance or Shared Services Center environment; fresh graduates are also considered.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy, especially Excel spreadsheet knowledge, required.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Finance/SSC environment; fresh graduates eligible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in financial operations within Shared Services or similar finance teams, with understanding of SOX compliance and company policies.
- Ability to independently manage standard financial processes while contributing to process improvements.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments requiring flexibility and managing ambiguity.
