About This Role
- Manage end-to-end financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and tax filing (GST, TDS, TCS).
- Prepare, analyze financial reports and maintain financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, provide finance team guidance, and improve financial processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CA inter/CA/ICWA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounts handling.
- Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software Tally and tax regulations including GST, TDS, and TCS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced finance professional capable of independently managing comprehensive financial operations.
- Skilled in financial analysis and reporting within an IT services or similar industry setting.
- Strong technical proficiency with Excel and Tally, and well-versed in Indian tax compliance processes.
