About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial reporting and accounting ensuring compliance with Ind AS/IFRS/GAAP and statutory regulations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing, statutory/internal/tax audits, and liaise with auditors and tax authorities for audit closure.
- Drive SAP usage for financial reporting, reconciliation, process automation, establish internal controls, and prepare MIS, budgets, and variance analysis for senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 6+ years post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, or Controllership.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Prior experience in a Fintech organization or Big 4 accounting/audit firm.

- Experienced in managing complex financial reporting in high-volume, regulated environments such as fintech or Big 4 audit practice.
- Strong operational ownership of audit processes, internal controls, and financial compliance.
- Capable of driving process improvements through technology (SAP) and delivering actionable financial insights to leadership.
