About This Role
- Manage daily invoicing, collections, and goods receipt tasks for finished goods, advertisement and scheme items across India.
- Coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain teams on payment, credit limits, and minimizing sales returns due to stock mishandling.
- Supervise stock receipt, loading/unloading, dispatch monitoring, physical stock reconciliations, and provide accurate MIS reporting (stock ageing, daily stock and dispatch reports) to HQ and local teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Commerce (M.Com).
- Minimum 3 years experience in invoicing and dispatch roles.
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with accounting software/SAP.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end stock management and reconciliations across multi-location customer base (India-wide).
- Capable of coordinating effectively with Sales and SCM teams on credit and dispatch-related issues.
- Able to deliver accurate, timely MIS reports for inventory, dispatch, and financial tracking.
