About This Role
- Gather and document user and functional requirements from client stakeholders for data and AI consulting projects.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to prioritize user requirements and assess feasibility against data assets.
- Collaborate with delivery, development, QA, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards and support change management including GxP validation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or related technical/scientific field.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology consulting, IT services, or Life Sciences/Healthcare.
- Experience translating complex business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Location: Bangalore; Work hours 12–9 PM IST with hybrid work mode.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working within Agile SCRUM framework and familiar with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Has exposure to Python for data manipulation or simple automation tasks.
- Comfortable interacting with multi-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations in client-facing consulting roles.
