About This Role
- Develop and execute IT control testing plans including ITGCs and ITACs, using automated and manual techniques to identify and address control deficiencies.
- Lead complex IT audit activities including risk assessments, vendor security reviews, and recommending remediation actions for IT control weaknesses.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in IT control testing practices and stay current on IT threats and IT control best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT audit, IT security, or similar role focused on IT control testing.
- Strong working knowledge of IT control frameworks (e.g., SOX) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with IT control testing tools and GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, Archer, or Jira.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both manual and automated IT control testing with ability to analyze and communicate complex technical findings.
- Comfortable working across multiple IT security domains including governance, risk, compliance, and incident response.
- Capable of leading audits, mentoring juniors, and handling dynamic client environments with evolving control requirements.
