About This Role
- Design, implement, and scale a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP) for global clients, focusing on learning technology optimization and platform operations.
- Configure and customize learning platforms using HTML, CSS, and integrations to enhance learning content discoverability and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, technology, and UX to deploy AI-enabled learning systems, automation, and technical enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Learning Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in learning, customer education, enablement, or learning technology within a global SaaS or technology-driven organization.
- 3+ years experience administering or configuring learning platforms (LMSs/LXPs) such as Skilljar, Workday, or Docebo with proficiency in SCORM/xAPI troubleshooting.
- Strong technical skills including knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, integrations, automation, and experience leading complex technology implementations.

- Demonstrated ability to manage platform optimizations leveraging AI and automation tools alongside technical and vendor teams.
- Comfortable working hands-on with front-end customization, platform administration, and troubleshooting within modern learning ecosystems.
