About This Role
- Own production support and incident resolution for Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supplier modules, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved within service-level agreements.
- Monitor and maintain system health, integration points, and business intelligence reporting for reliable global procurement operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness and deliver monthly performance insights.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4 to 10 years of extensive procurement operations experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supplier modules, including Redwood user experience.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, scripting tools, integration support, and business intelligence reporting.
- Experience supporting large multinational operational environments.

- Experienced in managing complex Oracle Fusion Procurement technical operations within multinational environments.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration including with testing, functional, and managed service teams to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes.
