About This Role
- Gather and analyze business and functional specifications to deliver SAP CPI integration solutions.
- Develop technical specifications and perform development, testing (Unit, System, Integration), and documentation throughout project lifecycle.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for SAP CPI integration support, handling complex and critical issues with root cause analysis and solution proposals.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration with 2-3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc IT, B.Sc Computer Science, B.E/B.Tech) or MBA.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP CPI including custom interface development, JavaScript, Groovy, XSLT, graphical mapping, and Cloud Integration Suite components like SAP API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors.
- Experience in complex integrations using multiple adapters and protocols (A2A, B2B, SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST) and knowledge of security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SAP CPI consultant skilled in both cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise integrations with multiple SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Technically proficient in scripting languages and integration suite tools, capable of independently solving complex integration issues and supporting critical business scenarios.
- Comfortable working end-to-end from requirement gathering through testing and support within a complex enterprise technology environment.
