About This Role
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions focusing on Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB modules.
- Implement workflows, business rules, automation, and integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs to optimize IT service delivery and operations.
- Manage CMDB data integrity and lifecycle using Discovery and Service Mapping; troubleshoot complex issues related to ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and experience with API integrations using REST and SOAP.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced developer with deep technical skills in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules and associated integrations.
- Familiar with ITIL framework and IT Operations Management best practices, emphasizing process automation and operational efficiency.
- Comfortable working in agile development environments and managing complex CMDB configurations aligned with Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
