About This Role
- Facilitate and drive Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution to ensure alignment and delivery across Agile Release Trains (ART).
- Manage and mitigate program-level risks, dependencies, and impediments, escalating critical blockers as needed.
- Coach Agile teams and stakeholders on SAFe principles, track Agile metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Agile program/portfolio management or project management roles.
- Location: Delhi / NCR with hybrid working arrangement.
- Education: Any Graduate degree.
