About This Role
- Engage with enterprise clients to understand their challenges, assess requirements, and deliver executive-level fintech solutions.
- Design and lead the implementation of client-specific solutions integrating with existing systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams; provide market insights and conduct business team training.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering degree mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years overall experience, with at least 2 years in solutions consulting, technical pre-sales, or business management preferably in fintech.
- Strong understanding of financial products, fintech regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
- Proven track record delivering complex client solutions.

- Experienced in technical pre-sales or solutions consulting within fintech, capable of tailoring solutions to diverse business verticals.
- Comfortable leading implementations and working with multiple stakeholders including business, product, and engineering teams.
- Able to communicate complex technical and business concepts effectively to executive-level stakeholders.
