About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust backend systems with minimal supervision.
- Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and engineering standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with backend system design.
- Mandatory expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server including database design and performance tuning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring high problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously with ownership of tasks and exercise independent judgment.
