About This Role
- Lead and oversee the strategic execution of Legal COO AI Implementation Priorities under OMAI initiatives, aligning AI programs with enterprise legal strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of proprietary Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions tailored to legal workflows, ensuring governance, risk management, and adoption across the global enterprise.
- Chair strategic forums with senior Legal, Business, and Technology stakeholders to drive consensus, translate business challenges into AI roadmaps, and ensure robust AI governance and compliance frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15+ years of progressive experience in program management, business analytics, management consulting, or digital transformation within global financial institutions or matrixed corporate environments.
- Minimum 3+ years leading or delivering transformation initiatives involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, or advanced machine learning frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, Law, or related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Location requirement: Gurugram, India; Full-time position.

- Experienced in orchestrating complex AI transformation programs with cross-functional stakeholder alignment among Legal, Business, Analytics, and Technology teams.
- Proven ability to manage governance, risk, and compliance issues within legal or financial service AI applications, ensuring adherence to data governance and regulatory mandates.
- Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills suitable for interfacing with senior leadership and driving AI adoption globally.
