About This Role
- Support Oracle ERP implementation projects through system configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud applications using OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, and integrate with third-party providers via Oracle Integration Cloud and web services.
- Lead technical documentation, testing processes, and manage full implementation lifecycles focusing on application and SQL performance monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud development experience.
- Proficiency in OTBI, BIP/XML Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud, and experience integrating FIN/HCM with third-party providers.
- Experience using FBDI templates, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and spreadsheet loaders for data migration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Computer Science.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading at least 2 full Oracle system implementation lifecycles.
- Familiarity with Fusion ERP Technical Architecture across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO).
- Skilled in SDLC change management processes, AIM documentation, test scripting, and ITIL framework in development/support contexts.
