About This Role
- Manage end-to-end operational execution of College Connect programs across partner institutions, including student data validation, onboarding, and LMS management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to ensure session scheduling, delivery tracking, and resolution of live operational challenges.
- Drive continuous process improvements and prepare operational reports to maintain high delivery standards for multiple colleges and programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in program delivery operations, academic coordination, or EdTech program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field (BTech explicitly mentioned in skills).
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), MS Excel, and data tracking tools.
- Location requirement: Delhi or Faridabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing large-scale academic program operations involving coordination with trainers, SMEs, SPOCs, and academic/technical teams.
- Strong operational focus with ability to monitor and improve student engagement metrics such as attendance, learning progress, and assessment performance.
- Comfortable handling multi-stakeholder communication and driving process improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness.
