About This Role
- Own and maintain the live receivables tracking system, ensuring data integrity of payment receipts, deductions, deal status, and billing pipeline.
- Perform deal-level risk assessments and manage weekly management reporting on collections, risk grades, and recovery pipeline to Director.
- Administer collections workflow tool, forecast cash flows (4-week and 3-month), classify aged receivables for recovery, and coordinate legal case management including MSME Samadhaan applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in accounts receivable, credit control, collections, or commercial finance.
- Strong Excel skills including formula-driven workbooks, reconciliation, and pivot analysis.
- Working knowledge of contracts, work orders, and commercial documentation.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with B2G/B2B/EPC/PSU receivables and government payment processes preferred.
- Familiarity with MSMED Act and MSME Samadhaan mechanism and legal recovery proceedings or arbitration coordination.
- Capable of detailed financial analysis, legal documentation management, and independent judgment in revenue realization and recovery tasks.
