About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of automated and AI-enabled solutions to improve recurring PPK operations processes, emphasizing rapid development.
- Manage discrete operations projects from scoping to delivery, engaging stakeholders to define requirements and ensure adoption.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and conduct quantitative analysis to provide actionable insights for PPK teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years experience in professional services, consulting, analytics, knowledge management, or operations.
- Strong technical skills with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT), Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query), advanced Excel, and programming knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Engineering, Science, or equivalent with strong academics; concentrations in Statistics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or Analytics acceptable.
- Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically fluent with AI tools and Microsoft ecosystem automation platforms, able to rapidly prototype and deliver solutions independently.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex projects from ambiguous problem definition through adoption, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to senior non-technical stakeholders.
- Experienced in structured problem-solving and process improvement in consulting or related operational environments, comfortable working with minimal supervision.
